Frequently Asked Questions

 We welcome service animals as defined by the ADA in our stores, and we recognize the important role they play in many of our customers’ lives. We allow non-service pets to come in with their owner to order, but ask that once you receive your order, you take your pup outside. Pets are not permitted to stay inside the dining area once their owner has ordered. 

 We do not allow outside food or drink in our store. In compliance with the city and state health laws, all food and beverage in our dining room must be prepared, provided, and served by The Coffee Gin Co.  

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer outdoor seating. We hope to explore the option of outdoor seating in the future.

 We typically rotate our art quarterly. We allow local artists to display their work and sell it to customers, through us. Send an email to us at chelsea@thecoffeegin.com with some of your work to be considered.

 We do not accept reservations for seating. All seating is on a first come, first serve basis. If seating is available, you are welcome to use it. We ask that when large groups come in, you purchase from us. Please keep in mind that we cannot control levels of customer chatter or loud equipment behind the counter.  If you would like to schedule renting the space after hours, e-mail us at chelsea@thecoffeegin.com to inquire.
